Village at North Elm
Koury Corporation has been building, leasing and managing shopping centers for over fifty years. With a history of more than two million square feet of retail experience, we’ve got retail expertise. Koury was a pioneer in the enclosed mall industry with the development of Four Seasons Mall in 1975. With its roots in Greensboro, the company’s portfolio has included numerous grocery-anchored, single tenant and mixed-use properties. In late 2015, Koury diversified its geographic base with the purchase of Toringdon Circle, mixed-use center in the popular Ballantyne area of Charlotte.
Koury has built a strong reputation as local, long-term owners who manage with attention to detail. We respond to our tenants’ needs and maintain our properties in first-class condition. Our expertise extends into knowing how to work with local authorities and up-fitting any type of space on time and within budget. Our years of experience and in-house design and construction team all contribute to The Koury Difference.
Today, we own approximately 800,000 square feet of retail space for lease in the Greensboro and Charlotte, NC markets hosting prominent national and local retailers, including: Bank of America, Chick-fil-A, Harbor Freight Tools, Harris Teeter, Panera Bread, Hickory Tavern, Save -A-Lot and The Fresh Market.
