Koury was a pioneer in the enclosed mall industry with the development of Four Seasons Mall in 1975. With its roots in Greensboro, the company’s portfolio has included numerous grocery-anchored, single tenant and mixed-use properties. In late 2015, Koury diversified its geographic base with the purchase of Toringdon Circle, mixed-use center in the popular Ballantyne area of Charlotte.
