Smith will occupy 4,600 square feet next to Harris Teeter. Watching the growth of Lake Jeanette and the North Elm corridor convinced the Messmer Family, owners of Smith, that North Elm Village is the place to be and all indications point to a prosperous future. "Smith is going to be a great addition to the merchant mix, bringing the best of home furnishings, gifts and accessories to the shopping center" says Terry Gibbons Retail Leasing Manager for Koury Corporation.

Smith opened in early June 2003.
