Koury Corporation owns approximately 23 acres with 1000 feet of frontage on Highway 421 in southeastern Greensboro. This site is located at the intersection of Hwy 421 and Edgemont Drive, 1.5 miles south of Interstate 40/85 and less than 1 mile north of Greensboro's outer loop. This section of the outer loop wil be opening in 2003. This is the only site along Hwy 421 zoned for a shopping center. City-supplied water and sewer are also available. Approximately 30,000 vehicles per day travel past this site. According to Greensboro's comprehensive growth plan, the southeastern area of Guilford County will be targeted for residential growth by extending water and sewer to this area.
