Koury Continues to Grow

Koury Corporation continues to grow with two new medical properties in the Charlotte and Triangle Markets of North Carolina. Offering outstanding access to I-40 and I-85, 201 Sage Road, a Class A 3 – story building in Chapel Hill, is positioned in a strong location just off 15-501.  This property consists of top-quality medical and office space, anchored by Duke Medical and The Center for International Education, and offers quick access to UNC’s campus, nearby food and retail and is 30 minutes from RDU airport and 20 minutes from downtown Durham. Tucker’s Walk Medical Park is a newly constructed medical office center anchored by Novant Medical group and the Northeast Digestive group. Located in Concord, North Carolina, this medical park offers great access to I-85 and I 485 and has excellent demographics in a high growth region of Concord. 

Koury Corporation Unveils New Mixed-Use Development in Fastest Growing City in the Triad

With a projected opening in Spring 2027, Third & Wood broke ground this week and will be an innovative 82.9-acre mixed-use development in Mebane, NC, designed to seamlessly blend modern amenities with small-town charm. Offering a true live, work, play environment, this transformative project is poised to redefine Mebane’s landscape while preserving its welcoming ambiance.

Developed by local, family-owned Koury Corporation, Third & Wood will comprise 4 outparcels, 304,400 square feet of retail and dining space, 27,300 square feet of dedicated restaurant area, 112,500 square feet of medical facilities, and 683 multifamily residences. Anchored by a 126,780 square foot Target, the retail component will showcase a carefully curated blend of national brands and local shops, fostering a diverse tenant mix balancing convenience with community spirit. The seamless integration of healthcare facilities and residential options will create an authentic live-work-play ecosystem. The residential offerings will include a variety of townhomes, mid-rise, and garden-style apartments, providing a bespoke lifestyle experience complete with premium amenities such as a state-of-the-art clubhouse, fitness center, and scenic walking trails, ensuring comfort and convenience for all residents. Koury Corporation has selected RSP Architects LTD to design the project along with Timmons Group as the Civil Engineer.  Construction will be completed by Koury Construction Services.
