Cone Health Opens Facility At Grandover Village

LeBauer Healthcare, an affiliate of Cone Health, opened a primary care, sports medicine and behavioral health facility in Grandover Village Shopping Center in late October.  The 12,000 square foot, $4.6 million medical facility is located on a 1.9 acre outparcel at the corner of West Gate City Boulevard and Guilford College Road.  Publix Supermarket, the shopping center’s 49,098 square foot anchor tenant, is expected to open in Fall 2019. Grandover Village will host more than 14,000 square feet of shops, services and restaurants adjacent to Publix, plus additional outparcels.  Leasing inquiries can be made by calling Koury Leasing at 336-299-9200.


Publix Chooses Grandover

Grandover Village will be the site of the Greensboro area’s first Publix supermarket. The 49,098 square foot grocery store will anchor the new shopping center located at the intersection of West Gate City Boulevard and Guilford College Road, an area made ripe for commercial expansion by the recently completed extensive roadway improvements to W. Gate City Blvd and Jamestown Parkway.  The center is expected to draw from a wide trade area but will primarily serve the Grandover, Sedgefield, Adams Farm and Jamestown communities. Situated on 21 acres, it will also include 14,000+ square feet of shop space and multiple outparcels destined to host a variety of retail, service, restaurant and medical users.  The center will kick off and become the focal point of commercial development on more than 125 acres in the strategic northwest corner of Grandover, Koury’s 1400 acre mixed-use development.  Store opening is projected for Fall, 2019.
