Holiday Inn Greensboro Coliseum Now Open

Koury has completed a $7 Million renovation to the hotel property previously known as the Park Lane and has re-opened as the Holiday Inn Greensboro Coliseum.  The full service hotel, located at 3005 W. Gate City Boulevard, features 161 spacious new guest rooms and stylish baths with rain head showers. The property is a catalyst for the revitalization of the corridor known as the “Gateway to Greensboro” which is undergoing a $13.3 million dollar streetscape renovation by the City of Greensboro. 


Village Lofts Expansion Nearing Completion

Construction of a second phase of The Village Lofts is nearing completion and available for lease.  The popular apartment community is part of Koury Corporation’s Village at North Elm, Greensboro’s only mixed-use village complete with shopping and dining only steps away.  The 100 new units are appointed with luxury vinyl wood flooring, cutting edge lighting, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood cabinetry.  The expansion will bring the total number of units to 213.
