Over six decades of experience developing hospitality, retail, office & industrial and residential properties throughout Greensboro, North Carolina distinguishes Koury Corporation as both an early pioneer and modern day innovator.  Focusing on customer service, we’ve chosen to develop, lease and manage only our own properties, doing so with the highest level of integrity and a long-term view.  Our fully integrated business platform sets us apart and benefits our customers with the constant support of a dedicated and experienced team of architectural, construction, facilities, property management and leasing professionals.  These are the ideals established by our founder, Joseph S. Multi-Phased Renovation Underway at Grandover

A major multi-phased renovation is underway at Grandover Resort and Conference Center.  Having prioritized exterior refurbishment over the last several months, the emphasis will soon move to the resort's interior.  The careful approach to the renovation will ensure that our guests' experience isn't diminished by construction staging.  The luxury and amenities which visitors expect from Grandover will only be enhanced with the renovation.  Relaxed elegance will permeate the guestrooms and grand foyer with fresh, luxurious finishes and textures.  Koury's significant investment in Grandover's infrastructure will preserve its place as one of North Carolina's premier destinations for meetings, weddings, recreation and relaxation.
