Multi-Phased Renovation Underway at Grandover

A major multi-phased renovation is underway at Grandover Resort and Conference Center.  Having prioritized exterior refurbishment over the last several months, the emphasis will soon move to the resort's interior.  The careful approach to the renovation will ensure that our guests' experience isn't diminished by construction staging.  The luxury and amenities which visitors expect from Grandover will only be enhanced with the renovation.  Relaxed elegance will permeate the guestrooms and grand foyer with fresh, luxurious finishes and textures.  Koury's significant investment in Grandover's infrastructure will preserve its place as one of North Carolina's premier destinations for meetings, weddings, recreation and relaxation.

Chick-fil-A to build on W. Gate City Boulevard site

Greensboro's convention and entertainment corridor will soon include Chick-fil-A among its numerous fast food and casual dining options.  Koury Corporation has entered into an initial 15 year ground lease of its property located at 3227 W. Gate City Boulevard at the intersection of Koury Boulevard.  This will be the third tenancy by the coveted Atlanta-based chain, known for its cult-like following, and Koury Corporation, representing a 30-plus year relationship.  Chick-fil-A's first Greensboro location was in the food court of Four Seasons Town Centre which Koury owned until 2004.  In 2006, Chick-fil-A selected Koury's Village at North Elm, at the intersection of N. Elm Street and Pisgah Church Road.
